The Al Faya Industrial Development comprises an extensive road and infrastructure network designed to support a major industrial area in Abu Dhabi. A Value Engineering (VE) study was undertaken to optimize the design and execution of roads and associated infrastructure. The study aimed to enhance cost efficiency, improve constructability, and ensure long-term performance while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and design objectives.
