The E30-E22 Interchange project is a critical infrastructure initiative aimed at improving traffic flow and connectivity within Abu Dhabi’s road network. The project involves the construction of a complex interchange that connects the E30 and E22 highways, including multiple bridges, ramps, and underpasses. As part of the detailed design phase, a comprehensive Value Engineering (VE) study was conducted to optimize design solutions, reduce costs, and enhance functionality without compromising quality or safety. The VE workshop reviewed structural systems, road alignments,
utilities, and construction phasing to identify alternatives that
provide better value and constructability.
