• External Roads: 4,070m
• Potable Water: 5,270m
• Sewer Network: 17,800m
• Storm Network: 22,040m
• Irrigation Network: 1,280m

• Record model; 4-D construction model (LoD400) indicating construction progress & updates.
• Final As-Built model (LoD500), including all technical specifications and documentation for built assets.
