The Al Fay Corridor has a unique strategic context as it is the continuity of Al Khail Road until it intersects with Emirates Road. The corridor stretches from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road; and extends to Emirates Road.
Key Objectives:
• Improve Traffic Flow and Connectivity: By creating a seamless connection between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road, the corridor will facilitate efficient east-west movement, reducing congestion and travel time across the city.

• Enhance Road Safety and Operational Efficiency: Incorporating state-of-the-art traffic management systems, safe access points, and well-designed interchanges to ensure smooth, safe traffic flow for all users.

• Support Adjacent Developments and Future Growth: Integrating the road with surrounding residential, commercial, and industrial developments to ensure that the infrastructure can accommodate future demand and promote balanced urban expansion
