Employer : sheikh hamdan private office Contracting: (wbg ) western bainoona group for generalcontracting– l.l.c.
Subject: consultancy services for detailed design of aryam bridge project

Execution of the “Detailed Design of Aryam Bridge Project” as per the following:
- Scope of services shall include but not limited to:

• Preparing design and related engineering works

• Toobtain all the necessary Design NOCs and provide support for obtaining accelerated Construction NOCs from relevant authorities

• Any required studies in order to obtain any necessary approvals.

• Obtaining all required approvals from all authorities for the design & engineering services to enable the Contractor to commence works on site.

• Provide suitable resources to supervise and review the works to ensure the Contractor is following the Consultant Design.

• Obtaining all required approvals from all authorities and providing anyrequired documentation to enable handing over the works at Completion.

• BIMto the required level of detail as requested by the Authorities.

• Provide a fast-track design Programme to allow site construction tocommence within One month Coordination between the Employer and the Authorities

• Any Temporary Works Design required by the Contractor

• Provide support during the close out phase and documentation of the project beyond the Completion Date
